Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it promptly. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and delivery method selected. Special promotions (such as free shipping above a minimum order value) may apply from time to time and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery times vary by location:

  • Within India: Typically within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivery may take longer depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local courier services. Estimated delivery for international orders can range from 7–15 business days or more.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by unforeseen factors such as courier delays, public holidays, extreme weather, or customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery if required by local customs authorities. SBL Herbopathy is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or return of orders due to unpaid customs charges.

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (and SMS, if provided) with tracking details. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on the website.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order to the corrected address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that a package is damaged in transit or lost, please contact our Customer Care team with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will assist you in initiating a claim or arranging replacement delivery as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
